The proof of the move

The brief's rule for the move is that the live site serves the same bytes before and after, proved by hash and not by reading a diff: scripts, styles and JSON raw; pages with the chrome and the version stamps normalised, plus the one rule the move added (a reader-file reference, relative or on this host, reads the same). This is that proof, per release, written by tools/prove_move.py.
